I understand that talking can be difficult, especially if feelings have been buried for a long while. I will work with compassion and at your pace, ensuring you feel comfortable and safe.
Therapy can help to make sense of how you feel and gain greater self-awareness. It can be a place to understand and address current and/or past issues, identify patterns and create change. Confronting difficult feelings can be challenging however therapy can provide a secure place to express them.
Knowing that you are not alone on your journey, but that someone is next to you along the way can provide some comfort.
